Fitbit Sense Clock face keeps switching from default clock face

In the last couple of weeks, the default Sense clock face has changed on it own to another clock face. I couldn't get it back. I tried a restart still didn't work. I then used a default to factory setting before getting the default clock face. Next day I woke up and it had changed to the previous clock face that I dislike. It's frustrating that I need to do another factory default restart to get the traditional clock face.

Has anyone else experienced this? I'd like to hear your solution.

Hi @jnmutinda - a couple of possibilities of things that get inadvertently done.

  • Try going to Quick Settings by swiping the watch face right and disable the Always On icon, this may have got enabled. If it is not enabled enable it to see if that is the clock face you were seeing, and then set it back.
  • In the Fitbit App, Gallery tile you can save up to 5 watch faces, if these aren't properly synchonised with the watch there can be an issue [click profile photo, Sense photo, Gallery, to check]
  • A long press of the watch face will initiate the clocks app where you can change clock faces, this may accidentally get triggered.

@Guy_ : Thanks. The problematic clock face was one of the 4 in my gallery.
