I've got Sense (v3, I guess). More often than not, when I ride my MTB with exercise tracking on, occasionally, back of my palm pushes the watch down the wrist so that the buttons on the left get pressed. This makes the watch put the exercise on pause.
FitBit support recommended me to wear the watch "properly". I am not really sure what's wrong with the build of my hands that this happens and have got no idea how to fix this.
If I wear the watch so that it faces "down", i.e. on the inner side of the wrist should I change domonant/non-dominant or any other setting that it registers performance metrics appropriately?

Hello, @r1arac Welcome to the community.
Thanks for letting me know your situation in regards to the biking tracking using the exercise app on your Sense.
You're right, you actually just need to make sure to wear the device correctly, it is not something you need to fix in regards the build of your hands. My best recommendation would be to follow the tips and steps in this article so you can double check and make you sure you're wearing it correctly.

Hi @r1arac I think, your idea of wearing it face on the underside of your wrist or worth trying. Don't change any settings, just change the position of the watch. I have very slim wrists and have ever had this problem as my watch sits behind my wrist bone, but I can see people with more robust wrists having the problem! I hope turning the face helps you - it sounds as if it should
