Fitbit Sense Displaying Red Moon with only time on watch face

At about 9:00 pm my sense just started displaying a red moon with just the time. I checked many times to make sure the sleep, focus or do not disturb modes were off. All modes are off and I cannot figure out why this is happening. Also, the scheduled sleep mode is off too.

Hey there,

Try editing the settings on the face you use:

Open the Fitbit app on your phone,

Click your profile pic,

Select your Fitbit device name,

Select Gallery,

Touch the image of the clock face,

Select Setting.  Here, does it say “night clock face”? If so, you may be able to disable it, or schedule what time it enables and disables.

Hope this helps.

It is probably coming from the clock face you are using, try another clock face, also restart the watch via settings => shutdown and place it on the charger.

Same thing happens to me. Drives me crazy. My watch is basically off for 12h. I'm pressing the button,  swiping ect. Tried everything and can't use it . Red half moon with the hour and that's it.

Don't want another clock face .

Just got this watch for my birthday . Was really looking forward to this but its been nothing but hassle so far.

My calls don't connect, Bluetooth problems, now this blank red screen thing.

Very disappointed. Feel like I've wasted £300 . I'll still try for another week to see if I manage to fix those issues . If not, returning it. What's the point

Can you please attach a photo and give the name of the clock face you are using. To attach a photo, tap on the photo or landscape icon at the top of your message when composing it.

When your watch is working normally, press and hold the clock face and the Clocks app will start allowing you to see the names of the installed clocks. Does this work?

Also when the red moon occurs can you swipe to the left and enter an app, like Settings?

What phone are you using to connect with the watch?

YES!!! This worked for me!  I had to hold the image for the clock face settings to appear, but there was a night clock face button I could disable. Thank you!
