Fitbit Sense - ECG PDF Won't export

New sense. Rang ECG's ok. I get the summary report but I can't export the data. I hit the 'Export a PDF for your doctor', it tells me it will send me a notification when it's ready. Nothing happens at all. So far it's been over 24 hours, no report.

Did you allow access to the documents?

I just tried downloading on mine, and didn't have an issue.

Perhaps try again. and then check your downloads folder.

it would never get that far. I just hit the export data for doctor, it says it's exporting and will notifiy me. No notification comes. I'll keep looking

I found my exports in my message folder (top right drawer looking thing) in the notification folders. Hope it works for you.

took a few hours rather than a few minutes though, and after several attempts 🙄
