Fitbit Sense face dropped off from the body of the watch suddenly. No warnings. The watch is working though. Any one had this problem?

I did contact the Customer Support folks and they are claiming the product is past the 1 year warranty. All I see is a deliberate intent to avoid a replacement or fix for a problem that has been widely documented online concerning the Fitbit Sense...I am almost certain I will stop wearing a Fitbit after this experience. This is coming from someone who even volunteered for the survey projects in the past. What a sham.

My husband had the same issue with the face popping off. In his case it was in the warranty period, they sent him a replacement. It happened again. Then on the second replacement, the exact same issue happened again. I assumed it was the heat or humidity from the kitchen softening the glue, until my Sense did the exact same thing, and I work at a computer in my home office. I bought mine on release day Sept 25th 2020, so it lasted a bit longer, but same results. Can it be super-glued back in? My husband gave up on Fitbit and moved to a competitor. I'm going to try to glue mine 1st before being done with this company for good.

Thanks so much for the heads up. I think I will have no choice but to move on to a competitor since they are claiming I am out of warranty protection. I will look at the 'glue' angle but I am certainly moving on. To think I can't even get sleep analysis for free is enough basis to exit anyway.
