My new Fitbit Sense does not sync with my iphone - past the initial one 2 weeks ago. It does not see neither the Bluetooth nor the cellular option, even though my network is on. When I turned my phone off and on last night it finally did sync but not since then. What am I supposed to do?

Try clearing the cache in the Fitbit app.
