Hi Community Moderator & Members,
Appreciate help.
I am using Sense for last 6 months and had issues with my Battery which was replaced 3 days back.
I am currently using Replacement unit (Singapore & Version 44.128.4.17) with connecting to my Android Samsung S20 phone.
My issues as below
1) Even in Open clear area, Fitbit showing "GPS Connecting" for more than 5 minutes, however compared with my other Smart watches (Samsung Galaxy Watch 3), Its connected in a minute.
2) After my Walk, GPS Map shows not a Complete Route I have passed by and also shows Inaccurate Distance on the Map
I have contact Support and they asked me to perform Factory reset as well to ensure I have over 80% Battery, I have done all but same issue remains.
Appreciate any help greatly as I have the issue even with my Replacement Fitbit sense. Thanks Jega
