The GPS on my Sense connects reliably as I leave home on my walks. But, the GPS drops along the way. My wife, who is walking beside me doesn't experience drops on her Sense. The only difference between us is I carry my iPhone in my pocket and she leaves hers at home. Another odd thing is that, while drops can occur at random, they almost always occur as I approach a specific intersection in our residential neighborhood. I reviewed the available troubleshooting information and followed through the various steps to no avail. What's going on?

Hi, @Peripateticist, welcome to the community, I use my Sense GPS regularly on walks, some rural, other in an urban area. I do find signal dropouts occur in the built-up areas more frequently than in the countryside. You may find keeping your Sense well charged is a help (I keep mine over 75%). If there is a dropout the device will try to reconnect and in my experience is successful. It's a sad fact that when using such a small GPS receiver your immediate environment is bound to have an impact on reception. You may find this article of interest How do I use GPS on my Fitbit device?
I hope this helps.
Cheers
