Fitbit Sense HR Suddenly Jumps Up over 120

I purchased my Sense due to a recent diagnosis of AFIB. Like 3-4 times (twice after showers) I put the watch back on and the HR jumps to like 120-135 bpm. It may stay there for 15-45 seconds and then drops back down to more normal ranges like 70-85. Has anyone else seen this and or have a solution?
