Fitbit Sense Notifications stopped working

Hello!  When I just got my sense I would receive texts and call notifications but after a month I have not.  All areas are turned on so am at a loss. Thank you!

Have you cleared the cache on the Fitbit app?

I have the same problem on my Sense that is around 8 months old.  I used to be able to communicate with support by email and now that personal support is ceased.  I can not understand the response and need set by set instructions.
