Fitbit Sense Remove Device Lock or Factory Reset SOLVED

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

G'day, guys.

I am trying to remove my Sense' device lock.
But I do not have any option to remove it entirely, just to reset the code.

If this is not possible, I would like to know how to brute-force (and I do mean BRUTE!)
reset the device as I have been unsuccessful 5 times (Once while writing this) already.

My patience is at an end and I am very close to taking my sledge hammer to it (not joking).
Any help would be very welcome.

SOLVED
I deleted the fitbit cache and data from my phone, then the reset worked after 8 tries.

For any Fitbit Developers or employees watching:
I would never recommend using or buying ANY fitbit products after using
the Sense. It is so unintuitive and finicky to use, not at all worth it.

The reset finally worked after 8 tries, but it DID NOT "factory reset" the device.
My clock faces are still there, not to mention what other information is still there after a "reset".
Might want to look at that, Developers. Could have a court case for that,
since device and safety settings do not work as intended.

Don't know if this is what you're after.

How do I use the device lock on my Fitbit device?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

G'day, mate.

Cheers for the reply. But, I've already tried that.
There's no option there to disable or remove the device lock.
The only options are to change the code or set it to "payment only".

What I am wanting to do is either completely remove the lock or fully reset the device.
I've tried to factory reset it twice now since writing this post. 7 times total, none worked.
