Hello, how do I stop gmail sending messeges to my Sense?

Hello. You are not actually getting the email messages on your watch, just a notification that an email notification is active on your phone. You can turn off Gmail notifications on your watch in the FitBit app on your phone.  Open the FitBit app > tap the gear symbol top left > tap your watch > then Notifications > then Emails > turn the slider to off. You will no longer get Gmail notifications on your watch.

Hi @Sergio2022  - in addition to what @Scott337  says, there are other possibilities depending on how you want to use your watch and why you don't want Gmail notifications.

If you have multiple email sources Gmail may be listed in the App notifications, not just at the Notifications level.

You can turn on do not disturb mode in Quick Settings on the watch whenever you don't want Gmail notifications for certain moments only. This will block all notifications not just Gmail.

If you have scheduled a watch sleep mode you won't get any notifications during that time anyway.
