Fitbit Sense SPO2 doesn't work every night and its battery drains quicker

I am so disappointed with my Sense I'm ready to throw it out!!  The SPo2 only works maybe half the time,  the heart rate is inaccurate and now I go through 50% or more of the battery in 1 day!  And nothing ever seems to get fixed.  A very expensive nothing!!

Hi, @23MEOWS welcome, it's a pity you are having problems with your "Sense" SPo2 feature, may I draw your attention to this article How do I track blood oxygen saturation (SpO2) with my Fitbit device? I apologise if you have seen it before. You may also find this article of interest in respect of the HR readings. Battery depletion depends on what you are doing with your device, one of the more recent features (the snore report) for instance adds noticeable drain overnight. I must admit I charge my "Sense" daily though I only see about 20% discharge (I swim for 90 minutes and frequently walk for an hour with the GPS on) I don't use the snore report.

Let us know how you get on.

Cheers
