My sense does not seem to be tracking my Oxygen saturation (Spo2). I opened the app on my iphone and downloaded the clock face, which installed properly as expected. I clicked on "download SPO2 tracker app" and a separate app does not appear...I am asked if i want to "uninstall the app". I clicked on the permissions and pressed the radio button to allow all. Nothing seems to happen. I live in Japan, is that part of the problem? Any advice is certainly appreciated.

Hi @Oldsalt66,
I don't think it has anything to do with your location, as Japan is listed as being available to have SPo2 tracked here .
According to this article the SPo2 doesn't appear as an app on your watch, it just runs in the background. In that case, you will need to sync your device to your phone in order to see your readings.

Hi there, @Oldsalt66. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the inconvenience with the SpO2.
Please take the information shared by @DramaQueenDiva into consideration.
Also, note that your watch must be running Fitbit OS 5.1 or higher to install the SpO2 app. For more information on updating your watch, see How do I update my Fitbit device?
For more information about SpO2, I suggest taking a look at this help article How do I track blood oxygen saturation (SpO2) with my Fitbit device?
Hope this helps.
Was my post helpful? Give it a thumbs up to show your appreciation! Of course, if this was the answer you were looking for, don't forget to make it the Best Answer! Als...

The geniuses at Fitbit decided the spo2 measurements are only taken while you sleep. This was one of the main falsely advertised selling points with the Sense. I should have just gotten the Garmin Venu 2 to get round the clock spo2 measurement.
