Fitbit Sense Screen Cracked

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I’ve only owned my Fitbit Sense for a few weeks before by screen cracked last night from something simple as sliding into my bathroom sink from the counter.  Reached out to Fitbit help and this isn’t covered for return or replacement due to “accidental.” I previously had a Fitbit charge 4 and the screen just stopped displaying anything on that too.  I’d do your research before buying a Fitbit product. I will not buy another Fitbit product. Very disappointed in both of these watches.

For what it’s worth, @Brian-P-O , the Apple Watch warranty does not cover accidental damage, either. You would have to purchase a special warranty for “accidental damage coverage.” And even then, you are limited to “up to two instances.” Check with your credit card company. Some of them offer extended/better warranty coverage.

My fitbit Sense was 4 weeks old when a crack appeared from top to bottom. No idea what caused it.

I went back to Best Buy who said "we sell them, but we don't support them because they have a a lot of issues." They went on to explain that's why they do not offer a protection plan.

I reached out to Fitbit who said "Unfortunately, your product doesn’t meet the replacement requirements of our warranty policy."

(It took them almost 4 full days to come up with that gem.)

Does anyone know of repair options, or is my $300 bucks down the drain after only one month?
