I took my Sense off today to wash my hands and placed it screen down on the kitchen bunker, when i picked it up again the actual screen was hanging off, I pushed it back on and tried it, the screen does not work now, the underside still lights and the unit "buzzes" when i press on the sides.
I cannot see any broken wires, solders or connections under the screen.
The sense was bought as a christmas present for christmas 2020 from Argos uk.
would this be covered under warranty and if so how do I go about getting it fixed.

Hi, @Brian5, welcome to the community, your rights in the UK are (I think) against the seller "Argos". Experience shows your best way forward will be to see them, receipt in hand. Alternatively, talk to "Customer Support" using the chat facility or phone for prompt attention.

Thanks for the reply, It was given to me as a Christmas present so I have no idea where the receipt is, but will see if the person who got me it might still have it somewhere. Argos usually send out electronic receipts to email addresses so maybe they still have it there.
