Just got my fitbit sense a week ago and it has stopped charging....taking it back! NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!!

Try taking an alcohol swab and REALLY cleaning the back good first. The tiniest particles of dead skin cells, lint or whatever can insulate one or more of the electrical contacts and prevent charging. This happened to me and this fixed it.

Then you could either have a defective watch or charging wire.
