I have two issues with my brand new Sense. Note: all updates have been done.

1. My sense is not tracking my skin temperature. Last time recorded was Saturday.

2. How do I get the SPO2 app on my Sense? It has all the updates, says it is installed, but doesn't show on my Fitbit

In regards to SPO2 app.
In you phone app go to your account ( click of profile face, top left on android) -> click on your device (Sense) -> click on Apps-> My apps.  There will be a SpO2 tracker in the list if its installed. Otherwise you can go to All Apps to find and install it.
Note that its a hidden background running app on your watch.
