Hi.
Is there a way to turn off the vibration for notifications on your Fitbit whilst you're looking at your phone? It seems pointless for the Fitbit Sense to waste battery vibrating when you're already on your phone and know there's a notification waiting for you to read.
Thanks

You could lower the vibration.
You could put the Sense into its sleep mode. This will disable the vibration.
Turning Bluetooth off on the phone won't help, when Bluetooth is turned back on all the past notifications will be sent.

Hi. Thanks for the message.
I don't really see that as a solution. The Fitbit Sense should automatically recognise you're on your phone and not push out notifications to the Fitbit.

Does your phone stop sending notifications when you are looking at the screen?
I don't think the Fitbit app looks to see the status of the phones screen.

On a Samsung galaxy Watch it doesn't send notifications to the watch if you're looking at your phone.

I still say that I don't think Fitbit looks to see if the screen is turned on.
What is it that you would like your fellow Fitbit users to answer with? This is mainly a conversation between Fitbit users.

It would be appreciated if maybe some sort of Fitbit Devs actually took notice and released an update to make it happen.
