Fitbit Sense Wallet/Google Pay Not Appearing in App - Pixel 8

Hi everyone,

I have a Pixel 8 phone and Fitbit Sense watch. I downloaded the Fitbit app, paired my watch, and set the region to Kazakhstan. However, in the app under my watch’s profile, the Wallet option is missing, so I can’t link a card for Google Pay.

Interestingly, my husband, who has the same model phone, watch, and region setting, has the Wallet/Google Pay option in his Fitbit app, and he can link his card without any issue.

I’ve tried reinstalling the app, rebooting both my phone and watch, unpairing and repairing the watch in the app, and even waited several days for the Wallet option to appear, but nothing has worked so far.

Does anyone know what might be causing this problem and how to fix it?
