How to activate hearing (headphone) feedback during Exercise from the watch Exercise app?

I can not find any way to get any feed back like laps, heartrate , zone on my (headphone),

 

This is possible through the iPhone app, but only limited Exercises ( Snip below )

 

Please help with this issue, this should be a main function for sport watch...

@cromtl   I'm sorry, but the Sense/Versa 3 (and other Fitbits) can only give vibration feedback.
