Purchased Sense in Oct 21. The battery used to last about 4 to 5 days. Now, we have to charge it every second day. No settings have been changed. It is not used for notifications or chatting. No change in Phone. Same android phone

Has it been a while since the Sense has restarted or shutdown and turned back on? I would start with that.
Even though you said you haven't changed any settings, what settings do you have? In particular brightness, screen wake, always on display, snore & noise detection, and SpO2. Screen dim and the rest of would get your the most battery, albeit, losing some features of course. For me, brightness dim, screen wake motion and button, always on display off, snore & noise detection off, SpO2 on gets me a solid 5 whole days.
