Fitbit Sense can't answer calls on watch

Fitbit sense calls come through on watch from samsung 8 phone and green answer button shows up but it won't let me answer it on the watch.  It just keeps ringing when I hit the green answer button.  Any help would be appreciated.

@Ayrebella Hello!  Have you tried restarting the device?

Yes, I just turned off and turned on both the phone and the fitbit sense.  Still can feel the vibration of the watch ringing and see the call on the screen but cant answer the green button .... just keeps ringing when I try.  Watch is working as all other "taps" respond on the watch face.  Just not the one to answe

@Ayrebella Try doing a factory reset. See if that will clear it up.
