Fitbit Sense can't sync with a Samsung Galaxy A20

I just got the Fitbit Sense and I own a Samsung Galaxy A20 Smartphone with Android operating system and I cannot seem to sync them up together. Am I doing something wrong? Please help. Getting frustrated. Thank you.

Have you downloaded the Fitbit app? Do not try and connect using the phones Bluetooth connection, install the app and then let that find the Sense.  Make sure the Sense is charging all the time as well.
