Hi @iori1 - it would indicate the charge cable is faulty and you need a new one.
image is not accessible but as it is a common issue that would be the reason.

Hi, @iori1 welcome to the community, if your "Sense" is still in warranty contact "Customer Support" using the Chat facility or phone, alternatively do it through the Fitbit app on your phone. If you are out of warranty you can get a replacement cable from Amazon at a modest cost.
I hope this helps.
Cheers

After years of fault free service with my Charge 2 I decided to upgrade to a Fitbit Sense on a Black Friday Sale in 2021. Since then my charger has failed twice with both times one of pins being shorter than others. Both times I received excellent service from the Fitbit Support group who replaced the charger under warranty. Unless they have fixed the root cause of the failures I fear history will repeat itself again. I should point out that I am an old man who does not treat the watch roughly. Bottom line is I now regret my purchase ...I should have gone with an Apple watch

Yes, I later used this APP to get in touch with customer service and confirmed that they would assist me in replacing the charging cable. thanks

I have a Sense. I've had 2 fitbit cables fail. I've had 3 aftermarket cables fail. ALL fail EXACTLY the same way -- a particular pin eventually fails to spring into action and no longer makes contact with the terminal on the watch. Others have had this problem (search this forum as well as the reviews on many aftermarket cables on Amazon). It seems to always be the same pin. I'm starting to suspect the root cause issue isn't with the charging cables, but perhaps there is a very slight alignment issue with that particular contact point on the watch itself. And over time it causes the corresponding charger pin to bind (or wear out) prematurely. Anyone out there have some high-precision measuring device that can compare how the pins on the charger are spaced compared to the mating "holes" on the watch?
