Between 11PM and 1AM every night my Fitbit resets and doesn’t turn on until morning, tracking none of my sleep or heart rate activity and waking me up as it buzzes over and over. It occurred after an update in early September. I talked to customer support who replaced my sense, but after receiving the new one the same thing is happening. It seems like a software issue because after a factory reset it will work again for a few days until it has downloaded the latest updates again, and then will immediately have the same problems. I’ve attempted this multiple times. The watch is basically unusable at this point as a health tracker. Please help!
