Fitbit Sense counts floors inaccurate

Hi maybe Fitbit tech team or someone could explain why my Sense counts so many steps every day when I know I did not step that much.

Hi @AlekseiA are you asking about floors or steps? The title and the screen shot look as if you are questioning floors? Here is an article that explains what may be going on.

@AlekseiA, you're not the only one experiencing this issue. For me it started out of the blue around Dec 23. It seems independent of weather changes, slopes, etc. See Sense is counting too many floors .

Thanks for your feedback. But I still believe something went wrong with this program or so basically after November 2020. 
The floors counting started to be really in a few times higher. See the screenshots attached. BTW friend of mine is using my old Charge 4 and it works properly no problem.
