Hi, since couple of days waving wrist do not wake up my sense device (even though it is set to this mode), additionally it started to massively under report steps (used to be very good at it, now misses 90% of them). I suspect the accelerometer is down, not sure if hardware or software glitch. Any chance someone from fitbit staff could look at my device's data?

I'd try resetting the device and re-pairing it to your account. If that doesn't help, you should contact support:
