What do you mean frozen? Did it end up in a freezer, Blizard, block of ice? Or do you mean an image is stuck on the display or no image at all? If the seal that keeps moisture out has failed and some moisture got in the device might be compromised. There is a force reset it is a last resort, but it will force the sense back to out of the box experience. But if the seal failed it will make the sense unusable as it will require you to see a pin and as the display is frozen I would hate to make things worse. But you can search on this forum how to force reset a Sense. YMMV

Hello, the issue is not weather related. The screen is stuck. I inspected the screen and casing and there is no visible damage.

Hi there!
@Sanargo A warm welcome to the Fitbit Community and for trying to solve this situation! @Jdsenter Thank you so much for your help!
@Sanargo I suggest you try to change the clock face.
Have you checked if your Sense needs to be updated?
