Fitbit Sense doesn't pair with Galaxy Buds

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I've received my fitbit Sense today. I was very happy with  the option to control my music through my watch, but it doesn't work. I'm not able to connect my Samsung Galaxy Buds + to my watch. I've tried again after resetting them, but nothing helps.

Is this a common problem with the fitbit Sense, and does anyone already have a solution?

Hi @Marionnutju. Welcome to the Community Forums.

Thanks for sharing that you got the Sense and the steps tried prior to posting. I'm sorry that your Samsung Galaxy Buds aren't connecting to your watch and I'll help you with this matter. Before anything else, may I know if those headphones are connected to other devices? If so, I'd recommend to either remove it from the Bluetooth settings or turn off the Bluetooth from those devices so they won't interfere with the connection.

Additionally, please give a try to the following:

  1. Restart your Sense to refresh its performance.
  2. Activate pairing mode on your Bluetooth headphones or speaker.
  3. On your watch, open the Settings app > Vibration & audio.
  4. In the Bluetooth section, tap Manage devices.
  5. Swipe up to see the Other devices section.
  6. Your watch will show a list of the nearby Bluetooth audio devices found. Tap on the name of your headphones to pair it and wait until you see a check mark on the screen.

I'll look forward to your response.

I had problems initially pairing my buds plus as well.. Did you make sure you put your buds plus into bluetooth pairing mode? You should take buds out of case into ears and then long press them at same time for a few seconds till you hear a beep. This should indicate that it is in pairing mode.. Then go to settings on fitbit sense and click on vibrations and audio. Scroll down to Bluetooth and click manage devices.  Click on scan for new devices and hopefully your buds will be listed. This worked for me.

You need Deezer or Pandora installed on your tracker. Start up the app, it will play through the speakers.
