Went to look at my wrist and found the face of my Fitbit Sense just dangling there. I've tried putting it back on but looks like it was held on by a thin strip that no longer adheres. For this price point, I would hope this watch would last more than a year. Is there anyway that I can fix this?

There are quite a few posts from people reporting this problem. It seems that it's not repairable but you should be eligible for a replacement if you are still within warranty. I suggest you contact customer support via contact.fitbit.com They can check your warranty status and advise on your options.

What Steve said about warranty.
If outside warranty, you can try glueing back with
A130 structure adhesive (comes in a syringe for precise application). This glue was suggested by member Leowood. It can be found on Amazon. I would not recommend swimming with watch afterwards.

This is the second time this has happened. I believe it’s a battery overheating issue.

It shouldn't happen after 13 months of good care and also stop charging. Sad to leave fitbit after 8 years of using their products

The face of my Fit bit Sense fell off last night. I read all the comments, and figured I had nothing to lose. I took my watch in to Bulbs and Batteries. After telling them what the problem was, they took my watch and asked me to come back in an hour. They took off the old adhesive strips and replaced it with strips they use on cell phones. They said the original adhesive was not positioned correctly for the best seal. The face is now back on, and so far everything is good.

My 1st sense overheated. Got a refund. Bought a new one. Less than a year in and tonight, the face just started dangling too. On top of having to buy chargers every month or so as the pins stick I'm starting to get fed up with this now.

Same thing here. Waiting on my 3rd replacement. I’m not certain what it is. Overheating, battery swelling? No physical screen damage involved. I have Apple too and had the same issue a few years back. This is a huge problem and wondering is I should just give up on using Fitbit all together.

What’s with the pins on the sense charging cable? I had a replacement in warranty and lasted only a couple months too. Ended to buy a cheap 3rd party cable which is perfect. How can the quality of manufacturing be so consistently bad for such a big brand?

OK to be fair, after raising with fitbit, sending a photo and a few purchase proofs, a replacement has been arranged for delivery in a couple of days only hours after the face came loose. I've been lucky that both issues I've had with 2 devices have occurred close to the warranty expiring and am a losing a bit of confidence In the oroduct but I can't fault the service I've experienced when things have gone wrong.

Still, at my 3rd fitbit (charge3, versa2 and a sense) and none made it out of waranty period (2 years in EU) without really big problems. Charge3 screen started flashing and device was replaced (which i donated to a friend), won a versa2 in a raffle and had the same screen issues and i made the mistake to take a offer on 50% discount on a sense (instead of a replacement i could have sold). And the sense: low battery life (2 days vs 6 on versa), faulty altimeter, 2 charging cables with stuck pins. Considering the amount of electronic devices i owned past 30 years i must be really unlucky with or the brand quality is really low for (what appears to be) a premium brand. Yes they do replace and that keeps customers hooked but quality wise are a disappointment

This has happened to my last two Sense devices in less than 2 years. I've had just about enough.

This seems to be a designed flaw,.one that should be made right by Fitbit. I love my Fitbits but have had way to many failures.
When one thinks what it costs per day to have a Fitbit the purchase doesn't seem like a good buy
