Hi there, welcome to the community forums @Earthwood. I just wanted to let you know that I have moved your post from the Dashboard board to the Sense board. I think the issue you are experiencing is more related to the Sense device, so I think it will be more helpful to other users if it is posted in the Sense board.
To answer your question, if your Fitbit device is asking you to unlock with your phone, you can follow these steps:
1. Open the Fitbit app on your phone.
2. Tap on your profile picture.
3. Tap on your device image.
4. Tap on Device Lock.
5. Enter your phone's password.
