Five days ago I posted a message about the very inaccurate heart rate readings whilst exercising, namely 20 to 40 BPM high on treadmill routine and 20 to 40 BPM low during weight training. Now I'm having problems with the number of stairs climbed totals and with blood oxygen (Sp02) readings which I only started using about a week ago, having downloaded one of the useable clock faces.
My daily average of floors climbed, over the last year as recorded by my Fitbit Versa 2 up to November 2020 and the Fitbit Sense after that date was around 11 flights per day. Over the last few weeks, this figure has been climbing and is now around 30 to 50 flights. I have not changed my routines, so the Fitbit must be stair climbing without me!
On the Sp02 readings, I managed to log four readings showing in the app, but from four days ago the app isn't showing any results, even though the Sense watch face shows values between 96% and 98% daily.
I've tried uninstalling the app from my tablet and re-installing it three times now and nothing has improved, so I've got a Fitbit Sense, that doesn't track heart rate even approximately, during exercise, and thinks I'm climbing three to five times more flights of stairs daily than I am, and won't log my blood oxygen readings on the dashboard.
Thank the lord it still gets the time right.

I have the same exact problems.
I'm really disappointed about this fitbit sense, i'd like to return it back but i bought it in a store and i can't do it.
It costs a lot of money and it simply doesn't work.
