I recently upgraded to Sense from a Versa... although I’m not sure it’s actually an upgrade.
The Sense kept detaching from the strap and the little button to hold it in place was very loose.
I emailed Fitbit and they sent me out a replacement but that has the same fault. Is anyone else experiencing the same thing? I’ve seen some reviews complaining of the same issue and was wondering if it’s widespread.

Let me help you with this. This isn't expected of your device specially if you got new wristbands. I suggest you reach out to our Support team again via the case you already have and let them know that the issue persists.
