For the last week my SpO2 and resting heart rate while sleeping appear to not be recording. There's nothing on the graph for SpO2 except a flatline and the heart rate says "no data available" in health metrics. I've changed nothing with my watch.

Hello @GmaMel Welcome to the Community Forums!
Have you uninstalled the SpO2 clock face? Uninstalling this clock face prevents your data to be recorded. For instructions about how to install it again, please follow the steps below:
1. Tap the Today tab > profile picture > device image.
2. Tap Clock Faces > All Clocks.
3. Tap the magnifying glass icon and search for an SpO2 clock face (search SpO2).
4. Tap the clock face > Select > Install.
I look forward to your reply.

Are we not supposed to get our SPO2 readings without the clock face? Because I have not gotten my SPO2 readings the last two days in a row, in spite of them working flawlessly since September. Any help?

Mine finally showed the SPO2 readings the last two days. But last night....no SPO2 reading again. It worked after I did an update on fitbit a couple of days ago. But we are back to problems again. So disgusted!
