Sense freezing after every workout

My sense is logging my workouts but will freeze after every one. It doesn’t do this when I log walking it’s just the workouts and it will reboot but it takes around 5 mins to do so.

Let me help you with this. This isn't an expected behavior. Does this happens when you select any exercise option on the Sense? I suggest you try restarting it by following these instructions.
