My Fitbit sense is not charging for weeks now. I have tried everything, but it’s not charging at all and is dead for weeks.
it was purchased in December in Australia. Does anyone have Fitbit Australia customer support number?

Same thing happened to me. It was the charger. I bought a replacement charger from Amazon for $6.00 and it is perfect. Watch works now.

Same thing happened to my watch, Check the pins that attach to the back of the watch are all the same length if not contact Fitbit helpline & they will send you a new charge lead
