Hello All,
I have just Factory-Reset my fitbit Sense hoping to connect to my new phone. But after doing the Factory-Reset the watch will not come back online - it just show a msg "Download the latest software version" then it will keep running the same msg over again.
I cannot see the Bluetooth - thus I could not connect to that watch anymore.
I have reinstalled the mobile app and login again. But still could not connect to the watch.
The Fitbit Sense Bluetooth is not showing up on my Iphone. Pls help. much apprecaited.

Hi, @alvinewe8 - if you are changing phones you need first to remove the Bluetooth entries for the Sense on the old phone and preferably turn it off.
On the new phone, after installing the Fitbit App you will need to click profile photo and do the "+Set up a new Device" procedure because having done a factory reset you are now starting, as if for a new watch.
