My sense Fitbit will not swipe left or right up or down and is stuck on main screen

on the back I only have one green light the other is red please help

Hi @Daisy1961,

 

Try holding your finger over the sensor on the left side for about 10 seconds. This should trigger a restart and get you unfrozen
