Hi @mshellie7 - unfortunately it seems the watch has a fault, possibly s software bug. It can be replaced if under warranty.

Best AnswerIf you are under warranty get it replaced and if given the an opportunity go for another device.
There's a known issue with sense. Lot of people have lost their device because of the software glitch. Fitbit doesn't address the issue.
