Just received my new Sense.
Set up was easy but as my Versa no Notifications!!!! WHY!!!!
Just spent over $300.00 hoping that Fitbit had fixed this problem also thinking maybe my Versa was old and needed a new and improve Fitbit (Sense).
Iv'e spoken to three customer service agents and nothing!
This gadget is going back... I am truly disappointed! I really really wanted to LOVE the Sense!
I've deleted the app, re-paired, Factory reset on the watch, checked notifications....etc, etc!

I never had a Versa but I did have an ionic. I have always found the notifications a bit spotty (although much better on the sense then on the ionic). As long as I have the fitbit app running on my phone, and I am in bluetooth range of my phone I get my notifications. If I close out the app then no notifications. Not sure if this helps or is acceptable for you. It is good enough for me.
