Fitbit Sense isn't working

Fitbit sense is less than 6 months old and won't turn on. I was having issues a month after I got it and started a return to which no one followed up with me, now it isn't working at all. They are selling these things at 200 to 300 dollars a piece and they must be used and refurbished because it started having issues so soon. Then when you need help you are lost by the Fitbit company and ignored.
