I bought my fitbit sense to upgrade from my Inspire HR, was really excited for the aestheticly pleasing watch design, colour screen and inbuilt gps……
Only to lose my 10k step celebration notifications, not to mention my hourly reminder to moves which helps me get that 10k…. So disappointed. I have been on 3 seperate support chats and all I get told is to do exactly what I have already tried!
Yes all my settings are set to receive notifications in app and on watch, have shut down watch and phone, updated fitbit app, turned all step and notification related settings on and off, hard reset my watch and phone, and completely set the watch up again.
This watch now doesnt have the main features I want in a fitness watch both of which the watch clearly advertises it has!
I don’t know if my watch is faulty or if the software is just flawed.
Don’t know what to do at this point.

Hi, @S1m0n3 - have a look in the Gallery for watch faces that give you reminders to move directly on the watch, such as SimpleClockPro which has multiple reminders to move, shows number of steps so far this hour and a history of steps for all hours in the day, along with number of Active hours done and maximum achievable for the day.
As for the 10k announcement, it would be interesting to know why you don't get it . Have you tried in the Fitbit App clicking on steps and the gear icon and making it 2000 and syncing your watch and if that works go back to 10k?
If you are on Android you may also need to clear the storage cache and force stop the Fitbit App and even logout/login to get rid of any anomalies, and then sync the watch.
