Hello there,
My Fitbit sense just stopped working 1 hour after charge. I bought it in may. What should I do?
Thanks

Best AnswerI tried that already and it doesn't work. It like the watch's battery is empty, but I charged it today before it stopped working.
Is there an other option?
Thanks
Best AnswerMine will die even on charger. Reset no longer works. I have to plug into my usb on laptop to get it to come out of its 0% stupor. The first two times the “Vulcan.exe” popped up and it started working and charging. This last time that didn’t happen. I held the reset buttons until Fitbit logo showed up while connected to laptop. It charged however syncing no longer corrects the time. It is exactly one hour behind my Eastern time zone. I should have sent it back when it happened the first time and Fitbit could not explain the whole Vulcan.exe thing. Still may go back as it is less than a year old.
