Fitbit Sense keeps pausing workouts

My sense when tracking a gym workout pauses the workout and I'm pressing nothing just go to end the gym exercise class workout session and find out it paused half way through when I did not pause it whtas causing this

I've had the same thing happen to me before, it turns out my wrist was pressing/making contact with the side button. The only thing I can suggest is to switch wrists or move the watch a bit further up your arm whilst exercising. It would be great if Fitbit gave us a lock feature to lock the screen/button during workouts.

Thanks I do boxing workouts with gloves on so would be nice to have a lock feature so you cant turn it off

@Johncas1 a lock button function would be great. While this isn't available for the Fitbit Sense, I'd recommend to post this idea in the Feature Suggestions board so our developers can take it into consideration for new updates or product development. Our team strives to improve the Fitbit experience based on our members feedback, and I'm sure yours comments will be very important.

I agree with @N8teGee that it would be great if Fitbit provided a lock function. A quick search to the suggestion page found that it is not planned. As all suggestions marked as not planned now it is no longer possible to post your comment but just vote for it.

I've literally seen the suggestion to go to the Feature Suggestion Board on about half a dozen forums spanning 3 years. Maybe you should actually create the lock feature and not have us just keep suggesting it!
