Fitbit Sense keeps restarting

Hello! I just got my Fitbit sense today and got it all set up. Now it just keeps continuously restarting on its own. It won’t stay on for more than 10 seconds if left alone before restarting. 

so far I’ve tried

1. disconnecting it and reconnecting it to my phones Bluetooth.

2. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
3. And factory restring the Sense. 

 

any other suggestions? Thank you. I can’t use this watch if it keeps this up.
