Brand new out of the box and I can’t get my Fitbit Sense to charge at all.
I’ve tried connecting it to a USB port on my laptop and to a UBS plug socket, and neither are working.
I was advised to gently wipe the back of the watch and the pins on the charger, but again no joy.
Does anyone have any suggestions?

Everytime it was the problem with one of the pin, stuck in and can't bounce back up. I'm using the third charger, so disappointed

I kept getting the slow charging message too the last couple times I charged it but now it won’t charge at all, no vibrate, no lights, I wiped it and the charger… nothing

No use, as long as you see one pin stuck, it's dead😫

Just tried that. It finally worked. Thanks. I wish Fitbit Sense would put a charging icon on the watch face.

Call them. They will send you another one, but it will be one that someone else returned!!! Very poor service!

I am now having the same problem with my sense not charging. It started off with the slow charging message. On The actual charger there are four pins I noticed one is not as prominent as the other three and wondered whether this was the problem in that 3 pins are making contact with my sense but one isn’t.
Worth checking whether all 4 of your pins are prominent on the actual charger

We have had a fit bit since they first came out. We usually upgrade to the newer ones so hasn't had many issues. However, we bought 2 sense fitbits last year and now both refuse to charge. We've even bought new chargers. Nothing. All our fitbits have been protected buy screen savers, we have bought close to 30 bands of all types as we did with the others. But, it just seems strange that they both stop around the same time. I'm thinking we will switch to something else.

Hi, @Dhullett, welcome to the community, allowing you have seen the earlier posts about the charge cable pins and cleaning the back of your "Sense" if you have not made any progress talk to "Customer Support" I recommend you use Chat or the phone for a prompt response.

Yes, I have seen the comments about cleaning. We have cleaned ours and actually they get cleaned ever so often as it is. We always protect and do up keep on anything we purchase. Just strange that 2 of the same age would have the same issue at the same time. I'll check with support. Thank you
