I recently upgraded from a Versa 3 to the Sense and had the bitmoji clock face on the versa. Since i have upgraded, I have not been able to get my bitmoji clock face on my Sense. When I click on the connect it says open in the Fitbit app but it doesn't do anything.

Any help or instruction will be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

You can contact the developer of the clock face but my guess is they have not updated it to work with the Sense.
