I have a Fitbit Sense, and the edges of the screen are lifting off around the entirety of the watch. I called support and was told that I am past my warranty, but they would email me with a resolution. Well, I didn't get an email, so I called back the next day and was not told anything other than that I would receive an email immediately after the call. All the email said was that it is past its warranty and they can't do anything, but they will send me ANTOHER email with a code for a discount on a new device. I don't want to spend more money on their devices when they can't even help me with the one I already have. I have researched it, and this is a KNOWN and COMMON problem for these watches, so you would think that they would support their brand and their customers enough to at least fix this defect or offer a used replacement or something. It isn't even the whole watch face, it is literally the screen lifting from the face, all the way around all the edges.

This is not a "KNOWN and COMMON" problem. Not sure where you did your research. If it was here, people only generally come here when they have an issue. You are not seeing the thousands of people who have no issues at all. I got my Sense when it first came out and it is still in great shape. Did you get a lemon? Maybe, but that is not common. So the question that you have to ask yourself is "Do I want another Fitbit?". If so, I would take advantage of the discount and buy a first Generation Sense while you still can. The Sense 2 disables wifi and there is no music streaming if that is important to you.
