A restart usually solves many Fitbit problems, including not tracking your steps correctly. Press and hold the button (or the back and bottom buttons) for 10 seconds until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen, and then release the button. Your Fitbit restarts and shows your home screen once complete.

While wiping counters mine goes up. How do you adjust tge sensitivity to walking?

Hi @amythiest27 The only way to adjust the sensitivity is to wear it on your non dominant arm but record it as being worn on your dominant in the app. When you record it as on your dominant it is less sensitive as you do more non-stepping motions with that arm. However generally extra steps recorded from activities like wiping benches are not a significant number when you look at the numbers over a whole day (unless you do a lot of wiping!)
